Excellent product! But there are some things you need to know...

The Instruction Manual is out of date (incorrect) with regard to the directory structure inside the watch. The video you take will be located in the DCIM100DCIM directory, not the directory the manual states.

Also, the included CD has a time.txt file (see the manual for details) on it but the date/time format is incorrect. Create a new one using the format described in the manual and save it on the watch. That worked for me. Video shows correct date/time.

Video quality is excellent! Very sharp and detailed. No fuzzy, out of focus Bigfoot video here... really sharp and in focus. Be sure to use the recommended VLC Player video viewer for best results (I tried others). VLC Player can be downloaded for free on the web.

Audio is very sensitive, especially to wind noise (I live in a windy area). Best used indoors and try to be as still as possible. Also be aware that the microphone picks up the ticking of the seconds hand on the watch. You will definitely hear a ticking sound when watching the video. Annoying but not a big issue... and it's unavoidable.

For undetected use try casually crossing/folding your arms across your belly or chest, with the watch facing forward. It looks natural and the video taken will be in the correct orientation (not upside down) when viewed.

Overall an outstanding product, especially at this price. Highly recommended and the Eye Spy Supply service is great!
